Looking for a specific Kurtoksky fic

Hello beautiful people,

I'm looking for a fic, I read a while back. I don't remember much except that it was a Kurtofsky story that was posted on ff.net. I don't remember a lot of the plot but I do remember that there was a revelation at the end that Karofsky had made his relationship with Kurt up in his head and that he was in a psychiatric hospital after killing Kurt.
