klaine AU with OCs, starts in HS, continues into adulthood

I'm looking for a fic I remember reading years (pre 2014) ago. it may or may not have been complete. I remember so much but for the life of me I can’t think of the name, the author or where I read it. I think I came across it originally though through gleefinders (from a general fic req for Blaine/addiction stories) but I can’t find it here. Google and my bookmarks have also failed me.

Starts with Santana, Blaine and Kurt as juniors and as three best friends in high school (I think Kurt has unspoken/unrequited feelings for Blaine)

Sebastian’s brother is the sub for WMHS Glee club (Schue broke his leg or something)

Blaine meets Sebastian when Sebastian comes in to the school to meet his brother. I think he is a couple of years older than B/K/S

Blaine and Sebastian fall for each other

Sebastian is singer and gets Blaine in as a backup singer

Kurt walks in on Sebastian and Blaine in a compromising position, and is heartbroken

Due to many factors Blaine accepts a back up singing position on a world tour that will take him away from his senior year, his relationship with Kurt is strained at best.

Blaine withdraws from his HS friends while on tour, trying to keep his relationship with Sebastian afloat and starts to abuse alcohol and becomes somewhat promiscuous.

Meanwhile, Kurt begins a friendship, which ultimately develops into more, with an older man (a chef) who he met at a gig of Blaine’s

I think there is a time jump; eventually Kurt (a designer) and Santana (a singer) are in New York and have an eccentric lovely older lady neighbor. They run into Blaine at a performance of Santana’s, Blaine is now in recovery.

Klaine AU Blaine Teacher Kurt Magazine Editor, meet in CA reunite in NY

Hi!

I'm looking for an AU, but I'm vague on some details. Blaine is a teacher in CA somewhere. He lives with a roommate who has a girlfriend. Blaine and Kurt meet in California I think they start dating but Kurt returns to NY leaving no contact info. Some time later Blaine follows after Kurt with no other plan but to find him, leaving his roommate (Robbie? maybe?). Blaine cannot find Kurt in part because Kurt has protective pushy friends who think Blaine wasn't good to/for him and so put Blaine off instead of helping him find Kurt. Not to mention Kurt has at approximately the same time gone back to CA to find Blaine.

Blaine gives up, finds a temp teaching in Brooklyn (?) and ends up helping his kids with a small annual fashion show that Kurt's magazine always does a little piece on and last minute it's Kurt who goes to the school and to his surprise finds Blaine.

They do end up together, I believe that they end up adopting a kid that Blaine connects with from his class who Kurt is uncertain of because of his trauma history and Kurt is concerned that their adopted daughter will be negatively affected by the new addition.

I may be confusing a second story when it comes to the adoption piece but I'm pretty sure that either in the story itself or a follow up oneshot the family (Klaine + the 2 kids) go to Disney and Kurt ends up chatting with a random Mom who complements him on his beautiful family and I'm pretty sure she ends up being the roommate's wife, there with the roommate, now her husband and father to her two children.
