I’m looking for a Kurt/Blaine Soulmate fic I read sooo long ago. I can’t remember the name of it but it involved Kurt and Blaine being reincarnated/reborn and one of them remembered that they were together in the previous life and had to kiss the other one to make them remember. It takes place in different decades and the chapters always end with one of them dying young. I really like this fic; it was so tragic yet so good. Any help would be appreciated!
