Kurt Mental Illness Fic

I cannot find this fic that was on tumblr at some point. It was Kurt and Blaine living in nyc. Kurt was diagnosed bipolar I believe and stopped taking his meds. I know at one point he posted nude pics of himself online. At another, Blaine gets told by the doctor to monitor Kurt’s medicine to make sure he’s taking it.
At the end, Kurt is managing better and asks Blaine what happens if he gets worse.
Help! Also, any kurt mental illness recs are welcomed!
