Blaine related to Hunter fic

Hi I am looking and have been looking for a while now. A Glee fic were Blaine is like distant cousins or something similar to Hunter and he did not realize it was him till after they signed the song at Dalton together. I think it was Blaine/Sebastian pairing (I'm pretty sure it was leaning towards that since he and Kurt were broken up still) and he goes back or was thinking of going back to Dalton? I used to have it saved on my old computer in my folder, but have since gotten a new computer and lost all bookmarks.
