looking for a Brittana/Faberry fic

I'll say this. I have been searching for like 5 years for this. I've never found it.

So they all come back to Lima, not sure why because I don't remember but here's what I do. Brittany lives in her parents house, they moved away. Santana comes back feeling like shes failed but basically everyone's coming back anyway. Rachel is in town, Quinn comes back and somehow it mostly centers around Quinn and Santana getting coffee a lot. Santana finds out that Quinn and Rachel have had a super secret off and on thing for a while, Puck is with Sugar but they fight a lot because he cheats and they have kids, Brittany and Santana hook up on Brittany's couch and Santana freaks out and runs away.
