Looking for a Quinn-centric fc

Hey everyone. I hope you guys can help me find a fic. I don't remember the title or the author. From what I can recall Quinn delayed going to college for a year after high school graduation for reasons; she worked at a dental office in Lima but eventually lost her financial aid. She ran into Mike Chang who also stayed in Lima working at an auto shop. The pair eventually became a couple. This fic is part of an ensemble multi-series.
