Help finding a specific klaine fic

Hi everyone. I read a klaine fic a few years ago that I've been searching for like crazy. If I don't find it I swear I'm gonna lose my mind. Basically, after Blaine cheats on Kurt, they try to remain friends but Kurt moves on and starts dating Adam. I remember a part where I believe Sam calls Kurt on the phone so he could hear Blaine sing at the Sadie Hawkins dance. Adam was with kurt too so they listened on speaker. Then there was another time when Kurt brings Adam home with him to meet Burt but Burt forgot to tell Kurt that Blaine was also coming over so it gets all awkward when Blaine arrives. All the other parts of the story are all jumbled up in my head. So if anyone can figure out what fic I'm talking about just by those two scenes, please tell me and relieve me of my misery.
