Looking for Specific Klaine Reunion Fic

I'm looking for a Klaine fic where Kurt goes to the grocery store in NY on Valentines day and runs into Blaine who is with his niece and nephew. Klaine broke up after high school. They spend the night all together and end up on the empire state building. Turns out Blaine if going to law school in NY and they get together. There is also a brillant sequel with Blaine studying for the LSATs and Kurt taking care of him.

Please this has been driving me crazy.
