klaine AU

Hi,

I'm looking for an AU in which Blaine moves into a new apartment (maybe after a breakup with a cheating live-in boyfriend?), on his own and sets about meeting his neighbors. Blaine strikes up a friendship with an older woman who lives across the hall, and I believe he helps her with heavier chores, there may have been cookies involved.

Blaine finds his neighbor in her apartment after she had had a fall (maybe passed out?) and was on the floor for a bit.

It was definitely klaine and, I think a few chapters long? I don't actually remember any of the klaine plot, just his friendship with his neighbor.
