Puck/Kurt death fic

So I cant find this fic and it's killing me on the inside. The fic is complete, basically Kurt and puck are in a relationship that they keep hidden. One day at school Kurt is hit and killed by a car. Puck is devastated and realizes he loves Kurt, cue magic trio of women who offer him a deal to go back in time. Puck goes back to before Kurts death and shows him how much he cares about him. There were two endings one where puck dies and another where he's alive and has to stay in the hospital to recover. In the second ending puck teaches football, and has to walk with a cane, they also adopted Beth.
