Kurtbastian Fic Search - Childhood Friends?

Hi folks,

I'm looking for a specific Kurtbastian fic that I read a while back. Kurt and Sebastian were childhood friends (I think somehow connected via France, or they were neighbors, idk) and they meet up again years later. I remember a very specific scene in which Sebastian runs into Kurt at the Lima Bean and Kurt hugs him, and they start talking in french. Kurt is also with Blaine, who gets jealous. I don't remember the plot, just that scene, really. Anything that can point me in that direction would be much appreciated! Thank you!
