Fic search: Klaine fic with background Finn/Mercedes

Hi all!

I'm looking for a fic that I read a long, long time ago and as such I can't remember a lot of details, but I do believe that it was a fair well-known klaine/glee fic, and an important part of the story involved Finn who had broken up with Rachel because of her New York dreams and was now dating(engaged? married?) Mercedes. I'm pretty sure that it took place after high school and was probably written in 2011/2012.

Any ideas?
