Finn Kidnapped and Puck Killed...Finn/Kurt

I'm looking for a story I'm pretty sure i read on fanfiction.net. I remember Puck was killed when Finn was kidnapped. Months later Finn shows up and Kurt is the only one he trusts. Later he goes to therapy and has to go to court when the kidnappers are caught.I hope someone remembers this. Thank you
