Help finding a Kurt and Blaine fanfiction

Hey guys! I have been trying for the life of me to remember this Kurt and Blaine fanfiction and definitely need some help. The only details that I can remember are...
-Karofsky sneaks into Dalton and ties the Warblers (including Blaine) up in order to wait for Kurt to come in to rehearsal.
-Karofsky has this need to slice both his and Kurt's wrists to die together like Romeo and Juliet or something.
-Blaine and Kurt aren't dating at the time but Blaine kept trying to tell him I love you as Karosfky continuously hurts Kurt.
It has been bothering me way too much so thanks in advance for saving me from going insane!
