I'm looking for a fic where each chapter was a different way for Kurt and Blaine to meet and get together. It was on either ao3 or fanfiction.net

I vaguely remember reading a fic where Kurt was considering suicide and dropped little hints to see if the other New Directions would notice, and, after they didn't notice at all, he sang a song about suicide (might've been Bullet by Hollywood Undead but I'm not sure) for a song assignment in Glee Club to let them know in a more on-the-nose way. However, they still didn't get it, and just got mad at him for "making light of a serious topic". Kurt then either attempts it or otherwise ends up in the hospital, and the other ND (probably, I can't quite remember) feel guilty for not noticing. I'm pretty sure there were no pairings, or if there were then they weren't a large part of the story.
