The one where Fanny dies (Faberry)

I'm searching for a fic on ff.net where Faberry were childhood friends who had sleepovers before popularity got in the way. One day in (i think) season 2, Quinn finds Rachel sleeping in her car in the McKinley parking lot, because Rachel had told her dads that she was staying at Quinn's house, they don't know that they are no longer friends. It contains Rachel no longer having asthma, hurt/comfort, single!Rachel and then tragedy when Quinn's sister Fanny dies. Any help is appreciated!
