break up klaine fic

Hi!
I'm looking for a specific fic I read a few years ago. It starts with Kurt saying they need to break up because they're going to different schools after high school. When they see each other again after a while, I remember there is a very passionate kiss,tho, right after one has taken the other home. Like - I remember them saying that it was actually really hard to be apart. That there was no one else and so one gets out of the car to get home and hears a door slamming ( It's probably Kurt the one follow behind) and then there is the kiss. They sort of decide to use the little time they have left together before they actually have to leave.
I also remember that Blaine goes to visit Kurt at his dorm or whatever and finds him making out with someone else. like he wanted to surprise him but got surprised in the end.
It has a happy ending. I'm sure of that.
