Nick x Jeff fic

I have been looking for a fic for months now and still can't find it. I know Nick and Jeff where a couple but the main pairing might possibly have been klaine. I remember either Nick or Jeff was epileptic. In one scene they are performing at somebody's house and he has a seizure during the performance. His family are not supportive in anyway and act embarrassed when it happens. Another scene I remember is Nick or Jeff having a seizure in the cafeteria. All of the boys go to Dalton.

I would be so happy if somebody knows what story this is.
