Lawyer!Blaine & Widow!Kurt fic

Hello everyone! i'm new to livejournal, but i've been reading Klaine fics forever!!!
I read one sometime ago and i can't remeber the title i'd be very grateful if someone could help me.
Summary: Kurt is married to a guy (OC) and they have a little boy, but the guy dies and the guy's parents (who are totally horrible and kicked out their son for being gay and never spoke to him again) want to have custody of the little boy since he's biologically their nephew. Enters lawyer Blaine, so so sweet and that propose to take care of the kid until Kurt and the evil grandparents settle things legally instead of sending the kid to a foster home. I also remember an epilogue at the kids wedding and he dances with both Kurt and Blaine (who got married and raised the kid together).

I remember reading a story where some bullies (possibly Karofsky and Azimio, I'm not sure) beat Kurt up then tie him to the locker room shower and turn on the cold water. Finn finds him later and brotherly h/c ensues... I know it's vague, but has anyone seen a story like this? Thanks!

*Specifically I'm looking for the one where Kurt gives Puck a speech/pep talk on the top of the school I believe about Quinn, Beth and Puck's rights in regards to that whole situation.
