Kurt being a BAMF

Ok, I've been searching for this fic for hours and I can't find it and it's driving me nuts! I'm pretty sure I've read it recently and that its a WIP.

Here's what I remember: Burt sends Kurt to live with his grandma because of the bullying. I think she lives in California but I'm not sure. While he was there he played sports, was in show choir, modeled, all sorts of things. He comes back to Lima after Burt's heart attack I think. He's totally different and more confident and the only people that stayed in touch with him while he was away were Puck, Santana and Brittany. He meets Sebastian and they hook up and then Kurt takes him out on a date and they go back to his house to watch a game with the Glee guys. And I think that was the last chapter I read.
