kurt worries about cancer

Hi, I'm looking for a specific fic.

kurt and blaine are established relationship.
kurt is not even thirty year old but worries about possiblity of cancer so he goes to hospital all alone without talking to blaine.

he eventually tests three times in hospital and talks about his fear to blaine.
