Blaine wakes up and doesn't realise he is married to Kurt

Blaine wakes up from surgery and finds a beautiful man in front of him and tries to ask him out or tells him he'd like to marry him. What Blaine doesn't realise is that it's Kurt and they're married, he's so out of it from the surgery.

The story was based on a real life story. I think the fic may have been posted on tumblr and that's why i'm having trouble finding it.

I'am looking for a specific fanfiction were Kurt owns a bakery or something like that and Blaine works across the street in his fathers law firm I think.
One day Blaine goes to the Bakery and eats something there and they talk to each other.
