Specific Santana abuse fic (Brittana + Pucktana friendship)

I'm trying to find a fic I read a few years ago that centered around Santana. She was being abused by her father/stepfather/mother's boyfriend and wound up going to Puck's house when it finally got too bad. I believe Quinn was pregnant and living with Puck at the time. I think Brittany was out of the country with her family at the time, though I could be wrong about that part. And Santana had a little chick or duck or something that Brittany had asked her to take care of and she managed to put it in her jacket before she left her house to go to Puck's. Puck's mom was in the story too.

I'm pretty sure I read it on fanfiction.net but I can't seem to find it now. It was multi-chapter, but wasn't complete. Thanks!
