Someone is Shunned by the Group

Hullo!
I'm looking for fics like Apart at the Seams by leftrighturn or You're Just a Line in a Song by  totalgleekgirl where one or more characters are shunned or completely ignored by the group, but preferably has a happy ending somehow -though they don't necessarily make up with the group. I don't care which character it focuses on, though my favorite characters are Kurt and Puck. Gen, slash, or het, just as long as it's complete, please!

Doctor Blaine

I am lookin for fic where Blaine is a doctor and a story is mostly canon. I mean:
- Blaine and Kurt already know each other and NOT meet as doctor and patient
- They are already together
- It canon at least until the end of Season 3 after that it can be AU

The storys can be on Fanfiction net, AO3, tumblr or livejournal.
It can be just a drabble or a long fic.

The point is that Blaine decided to be a doctor because of something, the actual story line can be anything.

Burt throws Santana out of his house

It's a Kurt centric story.  Not sure what the pairing is, but it might be Puck.  There is some kind of party at Kurt's house.  Santana starts acting up, and I thing she uses the f-word.  Burt throws her out, because he won't allow anyone to use that language in his house.
