New directions fanfic

Hello i am trying to find a story i read awhile back and can not find it. All i remember is that its a few years after grad when will dies. Emma gets the group back together for the funeral, and that night when their drunk they buy burial plots next to each other. Than the story goes on to tell how each of them die, and how they die, like brittany falls off a ship and puck dies in the military. the ending is where finn and kurt are struck in a car accident. I really liked this story and can not find it no matter how hard i look.
