Looking for a ignorant/bad/favoritism showing Will

Hei :) So I'm looking for a ignorant/bad/favoritism showing Will. That means, that Will is ignoring glee members (with the exception of Racheal, Finn and Blaine), says hutfull things and ect. I prefer the story being focused on Kurt, but it would be great if it touched the other glee member too! Thank you <3

Fic recs please:

1) Someone defends Marley.

2) Someone putting Tina in her place.
3) A fic that looks at what a poor job Will does as a teacher. Most of what he does would get him fired in real life. So maybe something about that. Maybe something addressing how he talked to Sam, Blaine, and Unique after the Shooting Star episode. Or how he handled things with Marley.

For all of these fics, I would prefer Klaine (or at least Klaine friendly). So no bashing Blaine or Kurt.
