Specific fic blaine hiding marriage at work

I'm looking for a specific fic, but I can't remember many details, The one detail I remember clearly is Kurt surprising Blaine at work only to find out he's in the closet to all the people at work and isn't wearing his wedding ring, he gets angry at Kurt for turning up at work. I Believe Blaine is a Lawyer but i could be wrong. And i also Believe that Kurt feels so unloved it leads to them either spitting up for a while or almost splitting up. I also know at some point Blaine goes back into the office, and punches someone for what they said about Kurt.

Okay, so I realize this is not much to go on, but I have this one scene in my head, and it's driving me crazy that I can't remember where it's from!

As far as I remember it's a Blaine/Sebastian fic (possibly multi-chapter), where someone (Cooper???) walks in on Blaine and Sebastian having sex. For some reason Sebastian doesn't want people to know about them, so he freaks out and runs out of there, which in turn upsets Blaine.

I hope someone knows what I'm talking about. I know this is kind of vague, but it has been bugging me for days and I'm getting desperate!
