Specific Story: Klaine get married because of some government law

I'm looking for a specific story that I lost a while back. What I remember of the story was that Kurt and Blaine were good friends but there is some law or something that says people have to be married so they marry each other to avoid having to be paired with someone else. I don't really remember the specifics.

What I do remember was that once they get married Blaine wants to have sex and Kurt at first doesn't want to but they have to consummate their marriage at some point. So Blaine asks Kurt to give him, I think it was 24 hours, to show him that sex can be a wonder experience.
