As the title says I'm looking for a fic where Kurt and Blaine are looking for a place to have sex. The fic happenend after the first time they had sex, so it was the second  time.  Thanks in advance and sorry if my tags aren't right.                                                                                        

Ghost Blaine Fic

So basically I'm looking for a Ghost Blaine fic that I read a few months ago.  I don't remember a lot of it but I do remember that Blaine died about 20 years before and that he might have went to school with Carole or Burt.  He stayed in an old house that was rumoured to be haunted (and it was obviously lol).  The first time Blaine and Kurt met was when the New Directions decided to go in the house to see if was really haunted or something and Blaine was there and scared them, but Kurt kept on returning.  Also I'm almost 100% sure that the reason why Blaine was dead was because he killed himself.

I'm looking for a story I read a while ago what I remember of it was that Sebastian gets Blaine to go to a BDSM club for the first time. While there I believe it was Santana rigs the the room keys that randomly assigns doms to subs so that Kurt gets Blaine's room.

When in the room Kurt has Blaine tell him his fantasies while worshiping parts of his body at the end he gives Blaine a blow job.
