Historical, bp!Kurt and Blaine are getting engaged with prenuptial documents forced by Mr Anderson

Kurt is a boy with woman parts. Blaine is gay. There's a reason to get them married, somewhere in Jane Austen's time. They agree to not have sex right after marriage, but Mr Anderson want to be sure Kurt can have a baby and make some documents saying if Kurt won't be pregnant in 6 (?) months, the marriage is invalid and it's doesn't matter if the baby will be born or not. And Burt is very angry because of that but Kurt is ready to sign this document. There was also Quinn - Kurt know she's married because he can see her now only in her window, like her mother and he doesn't want to end like her - locked in his own house.
It was on kink meme, I think, but I can't find it in their pinboard. And it's a wip for sure - they were discussing the marriage last time I've read.
