Kurt/Blaine Nanny Fic

I'm new to this, so I hope I'm doing this right...

Anyway, I'm looking for a fic where Kurt and Rachel have a baby and Rachel dies shortly after giving birth. Kurt is convinced to hire a nanny who just so happens to be Blaine. Blaine only has babysitting experience from watching Cooper's children.

I think the baby's name was Eliza. And I think it was on scarves and coffee, not too sure about the latter though.
