Looking for Finn/Kurt daddy fic

I read this a long time ago but basically Finn decides to take being the "Big Brother" very seriously. There is a scene in the beginning where he leaves a note next to a plate of breakfast for Kurt it becomes a daddy type relationship with Puck showing up eventually as an uncle. I think i remember Finn taking Kurt to the zoo too.. I really want to read it so please help.
