Kurt sitting in the rain and found by a stranger

Hello!!

I am looking for this story where Kurt somehow runs away from Blaine his home (it was a Klaine) I think, and ends up sitting in the rain for like a really long time. Someone (I know this guy had an umberella) comes up and talks to Kurt. I think this guy was Cooper? Or was it Will? anyway one of those two. I know they bring Kurt home and they call a doctor who says Kurt probably has hypothermia? I know it was an angst story but I think it had some comfort at the end too.

Someone knows what I'm talking about? I would be really grateful :)
