Specific Dog/Pet!Blaine fic

My google-fu has failed me, and I'm looking for this specific fic, so hopefully someone can help me out.

What I remember:

Blaine was a stray (hybrid dog with human traits), and while out he found a collar/other pet with a collar and was desperate to put it on and feel wanted, so he did but he got caught by the pound. They called Kurt who thought it was his actual pet who had gone missing (I think he was named after a designer?) and was kind of bitchy/mean when he found out it was Blaine instead.

EDIT: I think that Kurt's first pet was named "McQueen"? He escaped from the yard after a noise scared him or something. Dogcatchers find Blaine who has put on the collar and call Kurt to tell him that they found McQueen. For the first part of the fic Kurt is pretty mean to Blaine. I think at one point Blaine runs away?

I also may have been mistaken about the human/dog hybrid, he may just be a human!pet (they were bred specifically to be a pet)

Eventually Klaine, but the family accepts them and they have to keep it a secret.

Hurt Kurt, protective warblers.

Hey People!!!

So i'd love to read some stories where the warblers come to Kurts defense. It could be because he's hurt by a stranger, Blaine is being a jerk, someone from new directions is being mean to him or anything else your guys can think of. Also any story where the warblers are protective of Kurt are fine, even if he wasnt hurt by someone.

I am looking for a glee fanfic, I'm pretty sure it's Kurt/Sebastian, but it could be something else. The one thing I do remember is a scene in the Hummel's kitchen. Blaine, being mad because Kurt won't take him back, has told Finn and Mercedes that Kurt had sex, and for some reason that is horrible. Finn has made Rachel believe that Kurt was raped. So the four of them and Burt are in the kitchen, yelling at Kurt. Then, when the rest of the gleeclubbers find out, Qiunn, Santana and Brittany use their cheerleader 'power'(with an OC Cheerleader) to make the whole school ignore Mercedes, and they do something to Finn as well.
I know I found it on fanfiction.net, but I obviously didn't bookmark it and now I can' find it again.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?

EDIT: My memory tricked me, this is not a Kurt/Seb, it' snot any pairing yet, but working toward maybe Kurt/Puck or Kurt/Sam, and it's Metamorphosis by gleefulmusings, thanks prosen8966
