Season Four Newbies Fic

Hello, all! Ever since the beginning of season four, I've been looking for fic that deals with the new members, but either my detective skills are on par with Finn's dancing or it seems to be squirreled away in the recesses of the internet, so... Can anyone rec me fic dealing with this season's New Directions? I'm especially looking for Ryder/Jake, Ryder/Jake/Marley, or basically anything involving Unique or Kitty.
