Kurt & Blaine meet online

I'm looking for a fic where Kurt and Blaine meet online. I think it might have been a support site for gay teens? The specific part I remember is that they knew the other was in show choir, but not where the other lived, and told each other what songs and solos their teams would be doing at regionals(or it might have been sectionals). When they get to regionals and recognize the song choices, they realize that their teams are up against each other. When they first meet up Blaine asks if Kurt knew who he was all along but Kurt reassures him that he didn't even know till he heard the Warblers perform.

Does anyone know this fic? I've been searching for days, and I've looked through the relevant tags on here and have not found it. I also hope my rambling entry was understandable lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! =)
