Kurt/Blaine animal shifter fic

I'm going crazy trying to find a fic that I swear I had saved! In it the Hudmels got a puppy, but Kurt woke up one morning to find that the puppy had turned into a person, aka Blaine. In the context of the story, shifting was unusual, but not at all unheard of, and newly human Blaine had a crush on Kurt (I can't remember if, the last time I read, they'd actually started a relationship). I remember a section in which Kurt told puppy Blaine about Karofsky, and a section in which human Blaine got lost and Kurt was completely panicking trying to find him, and he turned up at a very nice woman's house. I'm pretty sure it was originally a fill for the kink meme, but I can't seem to find it! Anybody know?

Kurt gets a paying job

Kurt is living in NYC. He interviews for a internship but ends up getting hired for a paid position. Last time I saw it, it was a WIP.
