Kurt dies in a plane crash.

This is my first time posting so please let me know if I am doing something wrong so I can fix it. :)

I'm looking for a story that I read a long time ago where Kurt calls his father and leaves a voicemail while his (Kurt's) plane is crashing? He might have also called Blaine, I can't really remember. If anyone knows a story like this please let me know? I want to share this story with a friend and can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks for the help!
