Post-First Time Crying Blaine

I'm trying to find a fic where Blaine is overwhelmed after Kurt and Blaine's first time and breaks down crying. Kurt comforts him and it's fluffy and gorgeous, and I am super frustrated that I can't find it to show a friend new to the fan fiction world. I know it was written some time post 3x05 (since it has Blaine apologizing for getting drunk at Scandals), but that's pretty much it. Help is much appreciated!

I'm looking for a specfic fic involving a threesome between Kurt, Blaine, and Sebastian; Kurt feels like Blaine and Sebastian doesn't really need him or want him or something. Kurt still acts and has a show coming up just when Blaine and Sebastian and he have a trip planned. Blaine and Sebastian go on the trip without him and end up fighting the entire time. Kurt while they are gone packs his things and leaves but takes a picture of the two with him and keeps it in a frame at his new rat infested house. Kurt ends up not taking care of himself. Sebastian and Blaine follow Kurt home one night to his new apartment and takes him back. Kurt wakes up tied to a bed.
