From what I remember, Kurt and Blaine decide that they are ready to have children and are looking into adoption. When they announce it to the family however Blaine's sister offers to be their surrogacy that way they can have at least one biological child. Blaine and Kurt give her until her college graduation to make sure that it's what she really wants to do, and after she graduates she starts at a teaching position at McKinley, and Kurt has to travel back and forth from New York to Lima to meet with the Fertility clinic, and both Blaine and Kurt travel back for the birth.

I'm looking for a specific fic that I've lost the link to.
It was a Finn/Kurt friendship or brothers fic where Finn finds Kurt's old diaries which describe several suicide plans. Specifically that he planned to kill himself after Glee woud've been disbanded. I remember the line "We were saying goodbye but you were saying GOODBYE."
Does anyone know which fic I'm talking about?
