Kurt's mother died in a car accident

I'm pretty sure this was a prompt on the angst meme with two fills. The basic plot was that there was an assembly at school where a police officer talked about drunk driving and showed pictures of real car accidents. One of the pictures was from the accident that killed Kurt's mom. In at least one of the fills, I think Kurt went into hysterics and Finn had to help him leave the auditorium.
