Looking for AU New York Klaine fic

I'm looking for a Blaine/Kurt fic that takes place in an AU New York, where Kurt is a barista, and Blaine's family owns a moving company (I think). All I remember is that Blaine comes into the coffee shop where Kurt works early one morning, totally freaking out because the thing they're trying to move, or the deal they're trying to pull through, or whatever, is about to crash and burn. Kurt, in sympathy, gives Blaine a free coffee.

I don't remember what happens next. All I know is that Blaine is kinda wealthy, and he and Kurt start dating after Blaine continues to come to the coffee shop a bunch of times.

Looking for two certain klaine fanfictions

Hi! this is my first time posting and I really hope I get it right.
I read this fic a while ago on fanfiction, and Blaine was a pop-star. somehow, I don't exactly know how, blaine and kurt meet. they become friends and hang out. Blaine invites Kurt to an award show and when they get there, Blaine's agent says the girl he's supposed to perform with at the award show can't come. Kurt volunteers to sing with him, and i'm pretty sure the song was dress and tie. I think they become a couple right after the song ends but i'm not completely sure. Thanks in advance :)

The second one is a bit older. I read it on livejournal. It was another klaine, and Blaine and Kurt were already together. Blaine was thinking about how bad he wanted to be sexual with kurt but he was afraid that if he started he wouldn't be able to stop. So he didn't push. One day (I think it was during the summer?) and they were making out in (I think) Kurt's bedroom. Blaine was trying not to lose control and Kurt was wondering why he wouldn't do anything more. Blaine explained that he didn't want to lose control, and Kurt kept telling him that he trusted Blaine. Like, really trusts him. To do what he wants. Blaine finally got it and practically jumps him. and then hey have awesome hot sex.
tl;dr, kurt and blaine are together. Blaine worries about pushing Kurt too far to fast. Kurt tells him he trusts them. awesome sex ensues.
