Searching for Kurt/Blaine baseball AU

Hello all! I am searching for an AU I read a while back and now can't find for the life of me because I don't recall the title and didn't add it to my memories. As far as I know, it's still a WIP, and seems like it might remain that way, though I really enjoyed the parts already posted. In it, Kurt and Blaine are college baseball players invited to play in the Cape Cod summer league. They end up having the same host family and living in the house together. In the last part I read, they finally acted on their mutual attraction. Finn and Puck were also in the league; I don't remember who else. Anyone know the fic I'm thinking of? Thanks in advance!

Klaine, marriage proposal

I'm looking for a specific fic in which Blaine was gearing up to propose and was really nervous about it, but when he finally does Kurt pulls out an engagement ring because Kurt's also been planning to propose.

I'm looking for the trope fics set either before OS or are set in an AU of OS, and someone else notices how hot Kurt is and asks him out.  Blaine notices the interest and gets jealous-then realizes he's in love with Kurt.  I don't care what happens in the between, so long as it ends in Klaine and isn't too angsty.
