Klaine death!fic

I'm looking for a Klaine story in which Blaine got sick (I think it was cancer) and ended up dying; honestly, the only thing I remember about the story is that Kurt was with him when he died and right before he said "Pavarotti's here" and "your mom is here, too". I think that was toward the end of the story, but it might have continued for a bit after. Anyone know what it it/where it is?
