Mr. Schue misses Kurt

So I'm looking for a specific fic, as well as some general recs that are similar to the specific fic. Its a short fic, and in it New Directions was having an off rehersal day. Kurt has already transferred to Dalton, and when Mr. Schue releases the kids, I think Puck and Santana stop and ask him what's wrong. Mr. Schue tells them that Kurt used to be able to synch into the background at all kinds of ranges and without him, it just doesn't sound right so they're gonna have to work harder. That was all.

Also, any general fic like that, where the glee club, or even just certain members from the glee club begin to appreciate Kurt and what he brought to the table now that he's no longer in New Directions or at McKinley.
