I've been going insane trying to find a fic where Kurt has to join a sports team at Dalton's.
He tries out for a bunch of different ones and he's good at everything and leaves Blaine and the various teams completely flabbergasted.

It was a story from about season 1 where Santana tries to stay in both Glee and the Cheerios with Brittney and tries to protect her. She uses comparisons from the tv show 'Chuck'.
