Kurt being replaced by Finn with a twist

I was wondering I've read some wonderful fics that have Kurt being replaced by Finn until Burt notices and there's a happy ending.

I was wondering if there are any fics out there where Burt doesn't realise his mistake and Kurt runs to Puck or Blaine if it's slash and anyone if it's platonic and there's a happy ending that way?

Terri Schuester helps Kurt

I'm trying to remember where I read this, but can't for the life of me recall. Must have been one of those days where I was randomly browsing.

I'm looking for a story in which Kurt gets into a car accident during a snowstorm, and Terri Schuester is the person who ends up helping him. Kurt's too out of it (head injury) to tell her how to contact his dad so Terri tries to call Will for help but her cell phone dies halfway through their conversation. She just kind of wings it until Will manages to help from his end by contacting Burt and telling him where his son is. Terri ends up being -- in her own special, bizarre way -- kind of motherly to Kurt while she waits for Burt to show up, and ponders how it might have been if she and Will had had a child of their own and had never gotten divorced.

Anyone have any idea what this story is called, who wrote it, or where I might find it?

Blaine backstory and bullying experiences

Any recommendations for the best, most interesting Blaine backstory pieces?

I'm looking for anything involving his own bullying experiences, and/or anything with his own family life (for example, whether his family is supportive of him coming out, or if they're not supportive and in fact the horrific, abusive, complete opposite of Kurt's positive experience with coming out to his own dad), or any other Blaine-related stories you think are really insightful into his character. I like the idea that he's an interesting, flawed human being with his own issues and fears. He's just a kid, just like Kurt, and isn't perfect, and that angle makes him more intriguing to me.

Kurt/Blaine stories are welcomed in the mix. I enjoy the pairing.

But the stories recommended don't have to be pairing-related. They can be gen, or family & friendship-themed, as well. Any length of story is fine.
