Looking for Kurt/Blaine fics

Hi, so I am looking for some specific fics that I remember, I'm trying to make a big masterlist in my memories:

In one, Blaine asks the Warblers to forfeit Sectionals so that ND won't be disbanded.

Another is a sex one, of Blaine lying to Kurt and saying all Warblers were initiated by an anonymous tryst in a pitch-black room.

A third one I can't track down is one where Wes and David start calling Kurt and Blaine "the Kurt-and-Blaine."

Sorry I can't be more specific with that last one.

I was looking for a fic where Kurt, as part of his warblers initiation, has to sleep with them whenever he is asked for 2 months I think. If someone could help, that would would be great.
