Looking for a specific Brittany/Santana fic

I've been looking for this one for a few days and can't seem to find it anywhere!
It had to do with Santana being diagnosed with early onset dementia/alzheimer's/memory loss and Brittany trying to help her remember everything. I'm 99% sure it was Santana that was diagnosed but now I'm starting to doubt myself and it may have been Brittany...
